14U-Invite and 18U-exposure are 5GG and teams need to apply for entrance. $550.00

Lodging Policy
We are partnered with Marriott for our hotels this year. If you are an out of area team and need hotel accomodations, please contact Lauren below. Once we receive notice of your reservation block, we will accept you into the tournament.

Awards
- 1st place winners in each divison get trophy and t-shirts for 13 players.
- 2nd place winners receive a trophy.
Cancellation Fee
The fees for cancelling from a tournament after payment has been received are as follows:
- Up to 2 weeks prior to start of the tournament - $30.00
- Within 2 weeks of the tournament - $100.00
Inclement Weather Policy
Sometimes Bad Weather Happens!
- For the Acer's Mother's Day tournament, a $30.00 processing fee will be retained if the entire event is rained out.
- For 12U and 14UAB 4GG divisions of Mother's Day, if you play 1, you are refunded 300, if you play 2, 200, if you play 3, 100.
- For 14-invite and 18 gold 5GG divisions of Mother's Day, if you play 1, you are refunded 400, if you play 2, 300, if you play 3, 200, if you play 4, 100.
- For 10U 4GG Mother's Day tournament, if you play 1, 275 refund, 2 175 refund, 3 75 refund.
